Originally starting her career in development at the BAFTA New Writing Forum, Hope moved behind the monitor to direct commercials, branded films and music videos. Hope now divides her time between dreaming up stories that will keep you awake at night and creative directing global Netflix social campaigns. An award-winning writer-director, she is an original, provocative voice in the horror and thriller genres, creating work that is shocking, entertaining and brave, with a deeply personal edge. It’s danger with a heart — and something to say.

Hope was named as IntoFilm and Eon Productions’ ‘One to Watch’ Director 2015 and UKMVA nominee 2022. Her film work has made the official selection of BAFTA and Oscar qualifying film festivals worldwide; currently in post-production on her first feature film as a co-writer, a dark coming-of-age heist produced by Timur Bekmambetov (Night Watch, Day Watch, Wanted), as well as developing a slate of original film and TV projects. At Netflix she is leading campaigns for SISTER’s Black Doves and Guy Ritchie’s The Gentlemen, passionate about positioning UK titles and talent to audiences across the globe.
