Rajinder is a writer/director interested in telling female-led stories and/or exploring themes that are culturally specific while engaging broad, mainstream audiences.
She has worked extensively as a producer and production manager on several features and supported the making of various award-winning short films, including Best Film Edinburgh, Silver Bear Berlin and a BAFTA nomination.
She has worked on several feature films and as a development executive for Bend It Films Ltd (Bend It Like Beckham) and the UK Film Council.

| SHORTS INTERNATIONAL (project manager) | Brit Shorts annual competition, shortlisted first time filmmakers on behalf of Nike and guided them through the production of their films. |
